B.O Nipple Cream experiment [part 1]

Hello ladies!

So, this is the first part about B.O nipple cream on my blog! I made a thread on the Forum as well, where you’ll have an update the third Monday of every month while here you will get three parts summarising everything I posted on the forum plus new details too.

The first thing I would like to share is why I decided to give a try to this experiment : my friend Ellen (a.k.a MissMadScientist) talked about nipple intake last summer during our long talks about NBE, and she made it happen using BO as the main ingredient. The results for her were incredible, she achieved the symmetry she needed in her breasts through this method . She also stated she used this special cream very little time and the total cost of the experiment wasn’t very pricey.  In conclusion, she had great results using it and I was curious if in my case would work , so since I lost 4cm due to weight loss in December, I thought this could be a great addition to my routine.

However, my goal is not to increase 10cm with this cream. I mean, if it happens it would be fine, but I am realistic and I know these things take much time so I need to focus on other methods as well to boost the process. It doesn’t mean I do not have faith on this, but I know everyone’s body is different and mine , 100% sure, is very different lol. So, I will continue noogling (by the way big update coming soon) and adjusting my routine every three months, learning about nutrition, taking care of my body , decreasing my body fat and improving my body temp. I know, sounds too much to do, but in order to grow some cm you need to have such a good harmony that you need to make the effort.

Currently I am 85cm, I grew 1cm in 7 weeks noogling like 50h in total. Yes, less than 100h, but I still don’t know if it is swelling or it’s real growth. I will measure myself again in April and I’ll let you know hehe.

My main goal is to reach 89cm by May (31th) using vacuum system & BO cream BUT the main negative factor I have is the necessity of decreasing my body fat . However, I am making this process very slow and I plan just to loose 4% for August to be 100% ready for the Spartan .  I guess by the end of the year if I cut 8% in total my efforts and patience will have paid off , but it is complicated.

Getting back to BO regime, all you need to know is you need a little amount for your nipples and you need to use nipple covers . Also, the protein intake has to be higher than usual while BO experiment, and if you have issues with blood circulation and low temp, you need to work on this first if you want to success on Bovine Ovary. Another notes that are incredibly useful are the next ones: Ellen told me having the period is essential, so while Rosie Red comes you need to take breaks on BO ; On the other hand you have to start at the lowest dosage possible and make sure you put the necessary but little amount on your nipples ; You need to work in IGF-1 stimulation, so find out what works best for you ; Again, water intake is important : we are increasing E levels , so make sure you keep your liver in good conditions ; In my opinion it’s best to just make it once a day and preferably before bed time; Keep the nipple covers at least 10h on ;

I am taking notes every week whenever I feel different, pain, something that worked best than yesterday, etc. Whenever I have more notes I will make another post on the Forum and over here to explain you the news. Meanwhile, I need to get back to boob work 😉

Marathon noogling

Hi everyone!

So, I thought it would be a good idea to share my last addition to noogle-sessions.  This kind of noogling is exhausting and it requires lots of free time. It consists on noogling more than 2h up to 5h , but breaking the hours – like 1h straight, then rest 30 minutes (massage, drink plenty of water) then 45 minutes straight again, and so on- & doing it during three days

You can make the schedule according to your needs, but the main goal is to get a good swelling that lasts hours . Of course, this is not a method that you can use daily , but twice a month is a great stuff to add into your routine and program.

For instance, I am doing this marathon since yesterday. Today I noogled for 2h 45 minutes approximately, today I will do again 2h and 45 minutes and tomorrow I will do 2h . Yes sure you can do 3h, 4h or even 5h but make sure you don’t overpump (You already know I overpumped twice the past weeks!) , you get enough protein during those hours and you drink at least 1L of water . That’s why I find it quite complicated to do more than 4h, cause you need to take into account all these things and it’s exhausting/boring, so you could end up making a mistake and ruining all the process . But if you think you can do it, then let’s go!

So, I made it three weeks ago and this is what I did : 

Friday+ Saturday

Protein shake 20g

45′ noogling straight with low pressure

10 minutes massage + good lubrication(coconut)

45 noogling playing with pressure combined with 2 minutes off and on

15 minutes off + drink water + good lubrication

30′ noogling straight + Drink water meanwhile (500ml)

5 minutes heat

5 minutes massage with coconut oil

 

Sunday

25 minutes straight noogling

5 minutes off

25 minutes with low pressure on

5 minutes heat + coconut oil

15′ noogling with low pressure & high pressure

protein shake 15g

 

The results : I had soreness for two days, but it was worth it cause the swelling was good and well, even though I took Monday off, for Tuesday the shape of my breasts were great!

 

This weekend 

(Yesterday+ today)

45′ minutes straight

5 minutes off

20 minutes straight

(30 minutes off, cardio + plenty of water plus protein intake)

20 minutes with low pressure combined with massage

5 minutes heat

45 minutes straight with low pressure

5 minutes heat + 5 minutes massage + good lubrication (avocado oil)

15′ minutes with hold and off method

5 minutes heat+massage+ protein intake

 

(Tomorrow)

30 minutes nooglin’ with low pressure

10 minutes massage+ heat+ good lubrication

30 minutes nooglin with low pressure

5 massage

20 minutes low pressure

protein shake 15g

 

 

As you can see, it’s exhausting so making it happen twice a month I think is enough. However it’s up to you, I mean, you can do shorter marathons and do it every weekend or whatever that fits in your program. I am also planning other ways for noogling, so as soon as I figure it out, I’ll share it with you !

Overpumping : what does it mean & why you should avoid it!

Hi ladies! I know I promised to be consistent this year but I’ve been doing my own research on NBE as well, so busy busy lately hehe! I hope you all are doing well 🙂

The next post is going to be for nooglerz-crazy-people. I think is essential to make clear overpumping is not a good idea and why you should take into account the amount of time you spend pumping day by day.  Lately I’ve got three private messages related to overpumping so I think it is a good idea to talk about it on the blog!

 

So, what is exactly overpumping? Basically puttin’ too much pressure on the cups that your breast and skin get red or even purple. Very purple sometimes. Yuck, this is not a joke! You feel like the pressure is making your breast area super stretchy , and finally you get like little spots or red dots around all the bust .

Why it happens? It can be for many reasons at the same time in my opinion .

From my own experience , it can happen due to a poor circulation for example : this means your blood flow is bad prior noogling or you have not put enough heat around your chest (remember 5-10 minutes is good!!) ; it can be too , as said before, cause you are putting too much pressure : it is true you need certain pressure for vacuum pumping but it has to be ‘valid’ , ‘tolerable’ and ‘different’ each time you pump : valid in a way you can see all your breast pumped, tolerable because it is not pain at all and different cause in every session you do you have to do much pressure, less pressure, much pressure, less pressure and so on ; another cause could be because you don’t respect the time, 7:2 method in general : it ‘s essential to keep in mind pump and release it’s necessary at least twice in a session, your breasts and your skin need to breathe for seconds or even minutes sometimes. Also, massage plays a good role on this one, so it’s mandatory (sorry!!).  On the other hand make sure how much time you can be pumping in total – in my case, for example, it is 3 hours maximum in a day – if I do more than 3 hours I feel soreness that can last up to 4 days and this can be dangerous if I keep pumping the next coming days! and last but not least, I am not sure yet if this is a big cause or secondary cause but NOT TAKING BREAKS can be counterproductive as well . I haven’t had any issue yet with this, but I’ve read on the forum there are some gals that had these negative part when pumping cause they were pumping non stop for months. So, my advice is, t-a-k-e b r e a k s , once a week, one week per month, 2 weeks every three months, 2 months every five months…again, everyone is different so watch out, listen to your body on this!

 

Usually when I overpump it is because I do not measure well the pressure or I feel so sleepy that in the end I don’t do pump and release (I’m human, I am lazy) and then I face aaaalll the consequences, not just the red dots, purple skin and soreness – that’s just the physical part.

Now, there are other things too . You may ask, like what?  These ones :

1- You need to take a break til the purple skin and red dots are gone. Yup.

2- Moisturizing a lot like 3 or 4 times everyday for the rest of the month ( I asked to my friend who is a naturopath and she suggested me to do this way for avoiding stretchmarks or even scars! I use vitamin E by the way)

3- When you get back to boob work, you have to do 30 minutes no more for a week or so – you need to be sure if you are 100% cured!

4- You need to massage more times per day until you are completely healed – yes, 3 times a day but more minutes. Again I’m sorry but this works!

5- With all this chaos, you have to readjust your nooglin’ program and this sometimes can be frustrating .

In conclusion, try to not overpump too much times in a year or your program must be readjusted so many times that in the end , you may not see results faster and in a better way. I still learning about how the pressure works on breast area and what things are okay and what are like ‘never ever in my life before’ and this context is one of them , I’d say the worst one. So please, if you are new in this world of noogling make a good program , be consistent but do not do crazy things. Remember everyone’s body reacts different and my case can be similar to yours or maybe not, so do a good research, try, get experience, learn from the mistakes you do and spread the word 😉

Happy New Year & get a ‘Breasts resolutions’ (lol)

Hey Queens!

I hope the end of 2017 was more fun than mine lol! In December I moved to a new house and when I was done with moving I got a f***king flu which is causing lots of problem near Barcelona that got me hospitalised around a week . Not fun at all, I’ve been weak and on the other hand I’ve lost weight , so yes that means I loose part of my cleavage . Nay Nay Nay Nay =( But this is life and sometimes we need to see the good part in the ‘disgraces’ – and the good part is the motivation because I know I can make it happen again and maybe make them bigger, why not?

And also, why you can’t? You can do it , I’m pretty sure about it!

If you are new on NBE you may be a bit lost, so read this article in order to get a clear idea about everything you need to do and know before starting this journey :

1- Research : this is essential because there’s a lot of information out there and maybe the info I explain on this website is not enough for making a good NBE in your case. So please, take your time, read this blog and other blogs about NBE (there are plenty of them) as much as you do on the forum . Herbs, binaural’s, pumping, massage… there are a lot of ways to make it happen! If you feel lost or you need extra information you can comment on this blog or message me on Breastnexus as well, I’m very friendly =)

2- Be realistic : oh yes. And by realistic I mean this is not an overnight process , it takes time. I tend to compare it with learning languages (I speak six languages so I know what I am talking about) , in the beginning is super slow and it brings you down because you don’t notice the results but day by day, each month, you improve a lot and you get more curious about it so please don’t give up the first month, give it a try . It is good to keep this simple but effective, so my main advice is to set little goals such as short term goals and long term goals. In 2015 when I lost all my boobs I did not know what to do and instead of doing a crazy thing I kept thinking what I had to achieve first “The size I have lost” I said to myself : that was 32B . So, in 2016 I got healthier little by little and in two months getting back my weight around 3 kilos and a bit of pumping I got 32B. After reaching that size I thought “Mhmhm this is slow but effective, what if I get 32C? ” and after some months I made it again. But it took me 10 months to be 34B and stay healthy the first year I was pumping, so don’t even think this was magic because it is not.

3- Keep it simple : in my opinion the less weird mix we do it is more effective and in the end , safe. I mean I’ve seen some people on the forum taking herbs, creams, massage, pumping and so on with little success. The queens that have been successful are few ones   (success part II coming soon by the way!) but their methods were simple , that’s why I think it is the key for our bodies, not overwhelming the balance and our inmune system.

4- Keep your weight healthy : this is essential. You need to fuel your body in a proper way therefore there’s no a lack of nutrients and your hormones are the most balanced possible. Hormones are key for enhancing your breasts and food plays an important role in my opinion so if you are underweight EAT and if you think you are a bit chubby (I’ve been chubby this year lol!!!) please watch out and think first in your overall health.

5- Less alcohol, more water please! : I think in any method for NBE water plays an essential role but in pumping is VERY important to drink your water as you eat your water! Yes, eat your water through fruits and veggies ! Drink it, plenty of it!!

6- Move, move, move! : running, swimming, playing soccer, walking, I don’t care but move! Since I restarted doing exercise my life is been better and my results have been really good so do it!

7- Patience : As I said before, it takes too much effort and too much time so don’t give up, you will see results as long as you keep pushing yourself! Trust the process and everything will come to you soon I promise!

8- Enjoy it : the best way to make it happen is to have fun while doing NBE!

The no bra year

Hi beauties!

So today is gonna be a short post but I think I have to talk about this – not wearing a bra is more healthy and definitely the best option for NBE.  Therefor I give you my own reasons for not wearing bra everyday [cause okay I get it, sometimes we cannot go out without a bra on, right?] . Hope you like it!! =)

 

  1. It does NOTHING for our breasts : literally. Why? well, it seems our muscles around chest area must work in order to maintain de breasts ‘perky’ but if we wear a bra these muscles do not work properly or even more, year by year they start to be more weak and in the end , this is why people get saggy boobs when they are around their 40’s.
  2. It helps with circulation : seems logic, right?  no band around your breasts make it easier to blood flow.
  3. Breasts get perkier if you don’t use the bra: I swear this is true, the last 13 months I haven’t wore a bra daily and less for sleeping (not even a top) , and they are more up than never.
  4. It helps with self-exploring your breasts’ anatomy : since massage is a part of my routine from the beginning and now not wearing bras everyday I feel like I know how they look everytime, so in case I find something weird I know it’s not good.
  5. Not wearing a bra during nightime helps to eliminate toxins through the lymphatic system : so what does it mean? basically not wearing it during sleep time helps with your general health! Isn’t it amazing?
  6. You can work out a bit your chest-muscles in order to strengthen them, so basically you get perkier boobs in a short period of time & in longer terms they get ‘bigger’ (upper side at least!)
  7. No more marks on your skin! : and this is a very top thing! I did not like having marks around my chest nay nay nay
  8. Bye bye patriarchy : especially since the XX’s , the system has told us how we should look every single day of our lives. It’s time to shut ’em down!
  9. You can wear all kind of clothes you want! I haven’t wore any kind of dress if I could not use a bra but this summer has been different and you know what? =) It’s been great!
  10. Last but not least, you save up money! : I used to have TONS of bra’s from Victoria’s Secret , Tezenis, Hunkemoller, Ann summers… at least 30! but nowadays I only have 5 and these five are just for special occasions 🙂

The other alternative : Cupping

Hi loves! I promised to keep this place updated so here I am & today I thought it would be great to talk and explain about cupping.

So, what is CUPPING actually? Literally is to use a little cup to massage your breasts : these little vacuums are used for cellulite issues most of the times. There are different brands that offers this type of product and I have used different ones for different purposes the last three years of my life , but in general terms all of them are made with the same material and their use is basically the same . Nowadays I use the cup from ‘CelluBlue’ .

Now, how can you use cupping in your NBE routine ? Well, you can use it after doing the massage on both boobs, inwards rotations always of course. You need to be aware of certain things :

a) you need a good oil for cupping in order to work 

By good oil I mean something that can be very oily to keep the suction the most possible amount of time , therefor you can do more rotations using the cup ; My advice is coconut oil, avocado oil or olive oil these are great for cupping . Oh and be generous! 😉

b) keep in mind the seconds or minutes you use it on your body .

It is important to think how many times or how much time will you repeat this process in a day. Last year I used to use it twice a day sometimes, but lately I have used just once about 5 minutes on each breasts with BREAKs of course – 1 minute on, 1 minute off / the other breast 1 minute on & 1 off/ &  repeat the process as well.

This way you avoid red dots or even worse, lots of suction you cannot even work anymore – it has happened to me and it’s gross ew :/

Anyway, why you should try this? Well, it helps with blood flow so it’s great before noogling to get a good swelling. Also, it helps for getting the extra plump for an special ocasion ; In long term goals it helps with swelling, perkiness and having a good quality breast tissue , especially on the upper area 🙂 oh and the BEST PART is it doesn’t affect to nipple & areola skin!

My current program, real & consistent

I know I promised to keep this place updated but lately I’ve been very busy and I haven’t had time to make it possible. Anyway, I’ll try to stay around here lol as much as I can these last months of 2017 (Very busy person…).

Okay, today I wanted to write about the relevance of making good vacuum programs. I think this is my success story key, so I should be ‘pesky’ lol and keep talking about this as much as I can.

I started pumping in 2016, march 2016. My first program was easy and very simple, to noogle 30 minutes the first month and add 5 minutes more every week til I reached 1h everyday. This way I went from 32A/B to 32C in 3 months and two weeks, between a day off during these weeks but non stop until making 12 weeks as well. Once I was in my 12th week I took a little break about 10 days, and I restarted but this time doing 50 minutes everyday without days off and taking a whole week off after 10 weeks pumping. I made these two programs again about six months and I got 34B in 182 days pumping. I know, it sounds very boring and it’s a long walk to do but it’s worth it.

After reaching 34B , I took a break of a month and a half and when I got back to the program, I decided to be more relaxed with growing my breast size, so I used to do it 3h weekly . I did this program for 5 weeks and I did not grow but I maintained my 34B . Then I took a break again around 3 weeks I think.

2017 came and I was decided to make it happen again, I wanted to reach 34C before the summer but I had other issues (i.e, my health) so I did not want to get crazy pumping … then, I thought it would be great to do 6h weekly but three days non stop . I mean, I used to pump fridays, saturdays and sundays 2h everyday therefor I could have free days during the week and I could make it possible as well. It’s true it took me more than 12 weeks to achieve 34C , but it happened. I started in January and I realised I was 34C in May 2017. I took a break again, I think this time was 3 weeks .

In June 2017 I pumped 45 minutes the first two weeks and the last two weeks I wasn’t very happy so I forgot to pump lol, therefor I took a break again. In July I used to pump some days the first two weeks and the third and fourth I did one day on and one day off , 30 minutes. In summer I’ve been focused on loosing weight and doing exercise, so my first priority was not to gain breast tissue but I guess keeping the program somehow helped me not to loose what I’ve got in a year and a half- I’ve lost 7,5kg and I still being 34C; Of course I’ve lost some volume on the top but I am 34C.

So, August & September have been totally off from nooglin’ . Then, what’s next?

Even though I have not been noogling I have been eating healthily, doing exercise and massaging is been a very important role these months. I do not massage more than 10 minutes everyday but I try to do 5 minutes in the shower , 5 before bedtime…this way I know I am helping my blood flow and I am taking care of my breasts lol.

This week I am cupping again to help my blood flow, five minutes after shower is enough (since I am being consistent with exercise my blood flow is much better!) I think unless you wanna get a real plump – then I’ll do 10 minutes on each breasts but it’s not time for showing my cleavage in Spain right now lol.-

I am planning to pump again this Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1h everyday and do the same the next weekends , therefor when December it’s in the corner my breasts will be used to the suction again and it will not be that comfortable – or I hope so!

Then, my goal in December is to pump 45 minutes everyday with no breaks between and  do a mini break the first 3 days in January (2018) before starting my new real+consistent+heavy program for 2018 :

This way I know how many hours I am making in six months and my goal can be achieved in that amount of time – basically what I wanna do is to maintain my 34C til mid february and get back my fullness during that time ; After march I would like to reach 34D but I know it’s gonna be tough and kind of exhausting, but I CAN MAKE IT and I know IT’S POSSIBLE .
