Happy Sunday! Here you have the second part of the Q&A for this fall . Remember that these questions have been asked to me during the summer from many users so I am making them public for having information 🙂

 

7- What if during pumping my breasts get cold? 

I think this happens due to a lack of good circulation. My advice is to stop nooglin’ and apply heat around the breast area for 5-10 minutes, then massage and not to pump until next day. We need to focus on having a good circulation, so when they get cold or purple-colored there’s a reason, so find why they got cold, what can be the cause therefore you can know what’s going on with your body.

8- How much pressure is good? Do I have to feel soreness?

The pressure thing is something very personal. However, there are studies where 5 inHG should be fine for breast enhancement, but again, listen to your body and obviously you don’t have to get hurt for achieving a good breast size!

 

9- Is cupping alternative to pumping?

Cupping should be a complementary methodology for pumping. In my opinion the first months of noogling or even when you take long periods off , cupping is your friend. Of course, the pressure using the cups has to be lower and the minutes have to be controlled as much as possible. I’d say cupping five minutes everyday before pumping gives you an extra help for swelling or at least this is what I’ve noticed. Give a try and let me know !

 

10- Can you loose weight and gain breast tissue?

 

Well, this question is very hard to answer cause everyone is different and our bodies reacts in a different way depending on various facts. But, during three months I had to loose weight and I kept noogling. I did not change my size, but I still being a 34C after loosing 7,5kg in six months. I think massaging and pumping during on a diet has good benefits, but you will not grow any size, you will just maintain what you already got.

 

11- Is it necessary to use other methods or supplements?

This a Yes and No question, let me explain : if you use different methods, thing is you will notice the results earlier but consistency is key and having lots of things to do for growing 1-2 cups per year sounds very exhausting. What I am doing right now is focusing on a good + healthy diet, exercise quite a lot for improve my health due to stress but maintaining my weight , but herbs or other supplements aren’t in my mind . Why? Cause it takes a lot of time to do a decent research and deciding the doses and so on, so I focus on simple things but effective ones for getting results as soon as possible. In 18 months I would like to be 34D, but we’ll see, I am not going to freak out and you should not either.

Q&A’s (Fall 2017, part 1)

Hi everyone!!

 

So long I haven’t written anything on the blog, I’m so sorry! These past months have been very chaotic and crazy for personal issues, but I am back!

So, during these months I have been “out” some people have asked me few questions and I’d like to write them down here for everybody again. I think it is essential to spread the information and experience we have got so, let’s make it!

 

1- Can I grow more than two cup sizes in a year? 

Absolutely yes, but it will depend on your program, ager and your body’s reaction. I grow two cup sizes in a year but I also gained weight during that period of time, so even though I did not noogle like crazy, the first year it was 1h everyday with two days off every week. However if you want to achieve faster results you will have to make a consistent program and be conscious about the breaks, they’re necessary!

 

2- I am very slim and I would like to grow my breasts with noogleberry, is it possible?

From my own experience is possible, but you need to gain some weight as well . Diet is a big key for breast enhancement with vacuum therapy. You may have to work on both things, diet and noogling, having a good food intake and a good program.

 

3- Is swell relevant for growth?

Yes, it s . Of course , you will not get a huge swelling effect the first couple of weeks and some people tends to achieve very little swelling after noogling, so again it depends on your body and yourself, but swelling it is a good indicator of growth. There are lots of people who cannot get a good swelling from the beginning and they freak out , but please just keep in mind everyone is different and getting nervous about this issue will only give you headaches and you will give up. Noogling is a long journey, you are not going to change your body’s aspect in one month, remind this.

4- Do I have to change the programs every 12 months?

The 12 w program is my biggest advice, because it is proved that in this amount of time your body starts to make the changes you are willing to see . I tend to change the program every twelve weeks, even though this summer I made an off program which means I got a long break around 12 weeks (I think it’s 13 with this coming week). I had to take this time for myself and also see the changes in my body , because I lost weight (I was overweight! lol) and I wanted to see what happened in this period of time with my breasts.

Honestly what I think is this, you need to have a program for 12 weeks and then maybe change a little bit for seeing an improvement the next months. Then you’ll have to change all the program for noticing a big result in a year.

 

5- How much do you pump a day?

I would not do more than 2h , but there are people who do more than 2h for achieving better and faster results. However, keep in mind this journey is quite long so if you are going to do more than 2h , keep distracted! Oh and by the way, don’t overpump and don’t do more than 6h per day!!

 

6- Are digestive issues a problem for seeing a result?

Yes, it is a issue but don’t stress out please. First, you will have to focus on healing that leaky gut problem and meanwhile you could pump for your boobs shape and a bit of new tissue around them , but it is possible. I made it and I am not totally recovered from leaky gut. Patience is key.

Is it possible to loose weight and gain breast tissue? My experience

Hi everybody! How are you doing? How’s summer (or winter if you live far away from Europe hehe) ?

I haven’t posted since last month, I know, I have been very busy and on the other hand I wanted to think first what kind of posts should I write here as well.

Today I want to talk about my personal experience . As some of you know, due to meds I gained tons of weight between 2016 and 2017 , and unfortunately my cholesterol and triglycerides were very high because of it in Easter, so I didn’t have any other choice and I promised to myself to eat healthily, do exercise and take care of my body as well.

But on the other hand I had this big issue related to my breasts : the point was, okay now you are 34C (2015 : 32A ; 2016 : 32B-34B; 2017 : 34B-34C) you need to think if loosing weight is your first priority or your breasts are your number one. I kept thinking about this for 8 days until I realised BOTH were essential for me and I needed to find out how to be healthy but with a good cleavage at the same time. So, there I am I have lost 7kgs (16 pounds more or less) since April and I haven’t lost my breast size . 

Here’s my story and how I made it.

  1. Eat healthily but keep good fats in your diet : nuts, avocados, cereals, etc are essential in a daily basis so I did not give up on them, I just cut the intake . I have been eating fats for lunch in %40 and dinner in %20. This way you make sure you are eating the essential percentage of fat . Anyways you need to readjust it month by month if you are on a diet.
  2. Bye bye sugar : my biggest mistake this last year is CHOCOLATE. I have eaten chocolate morning, midday, afternoon, evening and at nights. Crazy I know, but I could eat a oreo’s box just in a day .
  3. Bye bye unhealthy snacks : instead of eating chips and salty things in the afternoons  as a snack, I changed my ‘menu’ and I ate fruit.
  4. Cardio 1 hour weekly : some kind of cardio that helps with lower body is better than upper body workout if you want to keep your boobies but you can alternate both , as you wish.
  5. Anaerobic 2hours weekly in total : #build up. You need to understand when someone looses weight muscle mass goes down too so if you do reps instead of heavy weights you keep the figure.
  6. Noogleberry : 45 minutes -1h everyday is best for maintenance , but you could do also 1-2h everyday. You just need to recall the essential tips for noogling 😉

 

So, I have been very strict with diet I must admit and I have readjusted my macros every month cause it also depends on your daily routine and how much calories do you need for a day. In case of exercise from April to June 2nd week I have been strict too but since 14th June I could not exercise due to an injury . I am getting back to the gym this Friday so wish me luck (it’s gonna hurt I guess)! . Finally, related to noogleberry, I keep the program from April to May but I did not noogle last month due to personal issues but I did massages every single day.

So, what I think it has helped me with loosing weight and my 34C size?

 There are some tips I think they are essential to keep in mind and do them by heart : eat healhily , workout cardio (lower body) and noogling in my opinion are good decisions to make it happen BUT the key is to loose up to 1,5 kilos monthly and massage your breasts three times a day twenty minutes in total, the blood flow is KEY for breast growth. 

It is true though I may have lost some volume but I can’t wear 34B cause it doesn’t fit me and 34C is fine for my chest , but volume goes up and down because of pumping so as soon as I get back to noogling I think I will be fine . Nowadays I am healthy , no bad cholesterol and other ‘mofo-s’ lol but I am thinking in going down until 55kgs for bulking again in winter.

Oh! Last but not least, would you like to be skinny and busty or would you like to be fit and busty?

Hi beautiful people! I know I have been missing but finally here I am. Today I wanna show you how I do my breast massage in the mornings. The next days I will post another two techniques. Hope it helps!

 

YOU NEED TO DO THIS EVERY MORNING, 10 MINUTES.

Sit in the easy posture, place your arms glued to the sides of the body, bend your elbows while keeping your hands and forearms stretched and pointing upwards, and the palms facing each other.
Then push one arm forward and upward to sixty degrees, while the other arm remains bent, becoming hard and creating a solid balance between the outstretched arm. Then push forward the folded arm, while the extended arm returns to the body. The arm that is carried forward is pushed from the axilla, which is stretched in this movement.

Second, extend your arms up and to the sides, creating with them a V. Keep your elbows straight and begin to cross your arms in front of the face. Move them quickly to the rhythm of the breath about two minutes.

Finally extend the arms forward with the palms of the hands upwards. Holding the arms together, move it as if you were pouring water, backwards, above the head. Breath deeply .

 

 

 

 

 

NBE Q&A + tips

 

Hi everyone! 

I promised you a second part of Q&A about tips for doing NBE . There you have the rest of the questions that people usually ask!

*Can I change the shape of my breasts?

Yes and in fact this is the first thing that you will notice so far. First the underboob area, where you will see more breast tissue and secondly you will see you have grown outwards

*Is heat obligatory before noogling?

In my opinion yes, cause it helps with blood flow. Of course there are other ways to improve circulation but heat pad are best for it. Use it 5-10 minutes for a regular session and up to 25 minutes for more than 2 hours sessions. Also, you can use it during noogling when you release the domes.

*What about nipples and areola?

They change and you can see them growing since the beginning. You can tape it down though and this helps to minimize the growth of these two parts.

*How many hours have you noogled?

More than 340 hours so far and I want to reach 620 hours to make a video explaining all the process as well. I guess I will make it by December 2017 and of course I will post it here. It will be like a scheme and a simple video demo.

*Did you notice a deflation if you stop noogling?

Well, yes and noppe. Yes in the shape and noppe in the tissue. I stopped for two months and the shape I got went back but noppe the breast size. I still don’t know how to solve this.

*What do you feel when you do vacuum therapy?

I am not going to say this is comfortable because it is not. It does not hurt but it is not nice either and sometimes depending on the day it can be annoying. You also have to consider the type of domes you are using (Kangzhu vs Noogleberry) and if you are using the correct domes for your breast size. Sometimes we don’t take into account the diameter and the size of the domes and we are noogling with a smaller size dome, which is not good for breast growth.

*What do you do when noogling?

Most of the time I watch shows or documentaries, few times I have been reading something cause you need to be “having fun” for not thinking in how uncomfortable can be sometimes. Again, it’s not painful but it’s not nice and you have to be careful with the pressure you use so you need to find shows that distract you but not that much to fall asleep lol.

*Do you rather 2-3-4 hours straight or an hour everyday?

Depends on the day and depends on my program. This last year I have changed my program so many times to adjust it to my life, so sometimes I have been doing 1h everyday and other months more than two hours just once a week. But it is true though if you do more than one hour straight the swelling lasts longer and this is beneficial for NBE.

*What kind of sessions do you do?

Personally I think it is best to start with one kind of session and then switch it . There you have my first 24 weeks noogling 

*When do you take breaks?

After 12 weeks it is necessary always. A week, or two, maybe three depending if you are doing non stop for weeks or a day off every week. However you must take some days off cause it is good for breast growth

*Do you wear bra after noogling?

The answer is noppe and the reason in simple : the bra makes your circulation go poor, so it is not a good idea. On the other hand the first nine months I used to do it every evening and I don’t wear bras in the afternoon.

Hello beautiful people! Welcome June and I hope you are having fun this weekend!

So, today we are going to talk again about tips for NBE, but in case you missed my older post about this here you have the link  ( https://goo.gl/VY6CcA )

By that time I talked about massage, nipples, water intake etc. Today I think I want to talk about other issues to keep in mind when we do NBE, not just noogling. I have collected some questions people have asked me during these last months and I am going to do this like a Q&A style, so, let’s make it!

* Can I mix more than a method/system for NBE? 

The answer is absolutely yes, but before doing anything you need to do a good research and look for things that are going to help you. Not all the things in the market helps with NBE and not every single product helps everyone achieving their goals. Read, ask, take notes, make sure what you want to do!

*Is okay to do Vacuum therapy combined with herbs?

You can do it of course, but you need to understand both are different systems hormonal and non hormonal but have consequences , and different consequences . So, if you are thinking in doing both start with one of them first and after some time start noogling, therefor you can know if this combined program is working for you or not.

*What can I do for a better swelling ?

There is not any method to get a good swelling automatically, swelling gets better day by day, little by little but you need to do some steps for making it possible as well : drinking water, having a good blood flow and doing exercise are the best options we have to increase swelling and see growth in a short time.

*How much pressure do I need to use?

In my opinion this varies depending on your age, your body and the day you are pumping of course. Moreover, my dear Ellen found there is a good ratio in pressure for noticing results sooner , and this is true scientific data is the holy bible for us, but don’t get crazy with pressure. You have to use the pressure you can stand as much as possible because let’s be honest, noogling sometimes is uncomfortable and it hurts. So don’t be overpumping if you don’t want to end up with scars .

*Do the oils have some relevance?

Yes, you can’t use an oil which is not natural cause if you are using a poor quality oil on your skin you may not see the results you want in a long time. So make sure you use organic oils and best if you use more than one at the same time. For example for the first year I have used coconut, vitamin E, avocado oil and apricot oil. For every single day different one.

*Will I get stretch marks ?

Depends on your body and if you lubricate your breasts before and during noogling. After you get the swelling you may need to wait 2h for reapplying the oil but in general if you use the directions well you would not have marks !

*Why I can’t massage after vacuum therapy?

Good question. At first I used to do it, but I talked to some gals on the forum and we all agreed if you massage after, the swelling fades faster. So, my advice is if you want to massage after a noogling session wait some hours at least two.

*I have stopped noogling 2 weeks and it seems they have shrunk. What now?

It is normal to notice they have shrunk a bit if you stop for some weeks but breaks are essential to grow even though sometimes they don’t work the way as we expected. From November to February I have made 4 breaks and until the last one I always got back to 34B. But keep going and there will be a break time you will notice they don’t get back to their normal size.

*What supplements do you like for NBE?

Personally I have been taking omega 3, omega 6, collagen powder, protein shakes for workouts , dandelion teas for detox time , vitamin C 500mg during summer and multivitamin (3 months) for the first 11 months.

Nowadays I only take collagen when I noogle , protein shakes for  intense workouts, multivitamins right now cause I feel weak during spring. My plan is to retake vitamin C 500mg for summer just two months .

But the best supplement ever is food. We need to consume healthy and high quality food.

*Do you use supplements topically apart the oils?

Yes I do. Currently when I massage I use a mix I have made for improving the swelling . I will make a whole post about this and the ingredients very soon, but I am testing it yet.

Also , I also use cocoa butter and hyaluronic acid .

*How do you massage?

At first, I followed what suggests Katana but my arms always end up tired so I contacted a friend who is a naturopath and both have made up another massage technique for breast health. It will be soon on the blog, I guess by July.

Currently we are working in an alternative technique as well, but it’s taking me more time to adjust and see benefits , so we will see what’s up.

*Can I get scars from Noogling?

Yes. In fact I got under my boobs and I am figuring out how to fix it. Whatever I find that fix this problem and helps to recover the skin I will share with you, don’t doubt about it!

*Can I grow more than a cup size?

Yes, but again, depending on your age your body your journey this may take more time than other people. It took me six months to gain a cup size and two almost ten months so patience is key . Anyway, I think there is a limit for everybody and you need to listen to your body. Sometimes what you want and what you get is not the same and we need to accept we cannot have everything in life.

Hello my beautiful flowers!

How are you? Happy Monday ! I know last week I have not been very active, but lots of things have happened in my life these last days.

Today I am going to talk about women’s health, well better said our period’s health! lol , kind of gross maybe? Mmm it can be , but it is natural for ourselves to get the period every single month (in case it’s gone make sure you are not pregnant or your health is doing well!) :] I will keep it simple, therefor whoever who reads this can have a general approach to the topic.

So, what is the period? well it happens cause our bodies are prepared to be mommies some day. Biologically and anthropologically we are here for having children (hey, I am not affirming you must have children, but this is something I may explain on a post next time). 

A full cycle it’s counted since the first day of a period until the next month period first day, also known as, 21-35 days as an average data in adult women and 20-45 days in ladies who just became ”women”.  Every single month our ovaries drops a egg which may be or not may be fertilised : even your egg have been fertilised or your egg went partying inside out , congratulations, both news can be amazing depending on what you expect every month.

Jokes apart, when the egg is released your period starts and it can lasts between 2 days up to 7 days : depending on when came your menarche (a.k.a your first menstrual period) it can take months or even years to have a regular period , therefor, a normal relationship with you-your body-your ovaries-your cycle. Yep, all these yourselves are messing you up every single month . Normally a girl gets her menarche between 9-15 years old so of course it takes a lot of time to have a period which does not last more than a week . In general, in a year or two your cycles start to regulate and you keep having visits from Janey (this is my period name but I have heard beautiful names for it such as Lilly, LadyGaga, Carmen, Fridha, Daisy… you can let me know your period’s name on the comments if so) but there can be ”problems”, ”difficulties” to get a normal cycle such as having PCOS or endometriosis , which I would like to talk about these two things another day as well cause I find both things very interesting and it’s worth the debate.

Talking again about the period and its cycle, I think first it is essential to make clear there are phases to be taken into account (NBErs, read this carefully!) to understand way more better what’s up with you-your body-your ovaries-your period weirdo relationship.

  1. MENSTRUATION

What does it mean? What happens here? What I should do these days? It means literally a discharging blood and other things from puberty until menopause (yes, almost 40 years having her!) You will feel exhausted and probably not with a good humor, but hey it only lasts 4-5 days in general (unless it is irregular) and you can do everything you want to do and need to do these days! Of course you will feel floated and you may have other symptoms but remember you need to eat good quality calories cause your body is making a huge effort these days and drink plenty of water. On the other hand, you could take ibuprofen for feeling better but honestly my advice is to take natural supplements, do exercise and obviously listen to your body. These days are especial for every women and we should think about it .

2.PHOLICULAR PHASE

From day 1 to 13, it is when your uterine lining thickens. During these days you need to be active , doing exercise cause it’s said when the menstruation is gone the Estrogen is higher again so you will feel lots of energy! Plus it will help you with sleep, when your

3.OVULATION

The level of estrogen in the body continues to increase, causing a rapid increase in LH. This increase causes the secretion of proteolytic enzymes that will degrade the follicular tissue allowing the end of the process of maturation of the egg and its release, known as “ovulation”.

If you do exercise make sure you are doing it consciously, I mean body-mind connection. This is essential cause these days we are more “weak” for facing an injury

4.LUTHEAL PHASE

From days 15 to 28. After ovulation, the luteal phase begins where the corpus luteum develops and lasts until a possible pregnancy or menstruation occurs, and the next cycle begins. The egg, after release, travels through the fallopian tube to the womb. It can survive up to 24 hours and sperm up to 5 days inside the uterus, so the days before ovulation and the very day of ovulation are those of maximum fertility and higher probabilities of pregnancy. I think this last one was remarkable 😉

During these days your body’s temperature is higher so if you like to workout I’d suggest you to try HIIT exercises during these days, cause in theory is when you have more energy.

-What I should eat?

Well, you can eat whatever you want taking into account the days when menstruation occurs and 5-10 days before your body needs extra calories cause it works more than usually, so make sure you are eating a good amount of calories and drinking plenty of water.

Try to eat more protein combined with simple carbs, it will help you with sugar cravings and not feeling hungry lots of times.

-Should I take supplements?

Well it’s up to you, sometimes I take multivitamins during menstruation but if you are feeling great during and after the period comes, I think watching out what you eat and how much do you eat it’s enough.
