Is it possible to loose weight and gain breast tissue? My experience

Hi everybody! How are you doing? How’s summer (or winter if you live far away from Europe hehe) ?

I haven’t posted since last month, I know, I have been very busy and on the other hand I wanted to think first what kind of posts should I write here as well.

Today I want to talk about my personal experience . As some of you know, due to meds I gained tons of weight between 2016 and 2017 , and unfortunately my cholesterol and triglycerides were very high because of it in Easter, so I didn’t have any other choice and I promised to myself to eat healthily, do exercise and take care of my body as well.

But on the other hand I had this big issue related to my breasts : the point was, okay now you are 34C (2015 : 32A ; 2016 : 32B-34B; 2017 : 34B-34C) you need to think if loosing weight is your first priority or your breasts are your number one. I kept thinking about this for 8 days until I realised BOTH were essential for me and I needed to find out how to be healthy but with a good cleavage at the same time. So, there I am I have lost 7kgs (16 pounds more or less) since April and I haven’t lost my breast size . 

Here’s my story and how I made it.

  1. Eat healthily but keep good fats in your diet : nuts, avocados, cereals, etc are essential in a daily basis so I did not give up on them, I just cut the intake . I have been eating fats for lunch in %40 and dinner in %20. This way you make sure you are eating the essential percentage of fat . Anyways you need to readjust it month by month if you are on a diet.
  2. Bye bye sugar : my biggest mistake this last year is CHOCOLATE. I have eaten chocolate morning, midday, afternoon, evening and at nights. Crazy I know, but I could eat a oreo’s box just in a day .
  3. Bye bye unhealthy snacks : instead of eating chips and salty things in the afternoons  as a snack, I changed my ‘menu’ and I ate fruit.
  4. Cardio 1 hour weekly : some kind of cardio that helps with lower body is better than upper body workout if you want to keep your boobies but you can alternate both , as you wish.
  5. Anaerobic 2hours weekly in total : #build up. You need to understand when someone looses weight muscle mass goes down too so if you do reps instead of heavy weights you keep the figure.
  6. Noogleberry : 45 minutes -1h everyday is best for maintenance , but you could do also 1-2h everyday. You just need to recall the essential tips for noogling 😉

 

So, I have been very strict with diet I must admit and I have readjusted my macros every month cause it also depends on your daily routine and how much calories do you need for a day. In case of exercise from April to June 2nd week I have been strict too but since 14th June I could not exercise due to an injury . I am getting back to the gym this Friday so wish me luck (it’s gonna hurt I guess)! . Finally, related to noogleberry, I keep the program from April to May but I did not noogle last month due to personal issues but I did massages every single day.

So, what I think it has helped me with loosing weight and my 34C size?

 There are some tips I think they are essential to keep in mind and do them by heart : eat healhily , workout cardio (lower body) and noogling in my opinion are good decisions to make it happen BUT the key is to loose up to 1,5 kilos monthly and massage your breasts three times a day twenty minutes in total, the blood flow is KEY for breast growth. 

It is true though I may have lost some volume but I can’t wear 34B cause it doesn’t fit me and 34C is fine for my chest , but volume goes up and down because of pumping so as soon as I get back to noogling I think I will be fine . Nowadays I am healthy , no bad cholesterol and other ‘mofo-s’ lol but I am thinking in going down until 55kgs for bulking again in winter.

Oh! Last but not least, would you like to be skinny and busty or would you like to be fit and busty?

Drinking alcohol vs Loose weight. Let’s see.

Good morning my beautiful people! I hope you are doing well and enjoying the last day of May! 🙂

Today I want to talk about loosing weight and options in going out for a drink , summer is almost here and I know lots of people have doubt about if alcohol helps or not in loosing weight. I will try to be clear and talk about this briefly with few special terms, I promise!

Now, can you be on a hipo-caloric diet and drinking at the same time? Absolutely yes and absolutely no. Depends on what do you like to drink and depends on how often do you drink during the week. The alcohol , let’s say helps little in loosing weight or even for muscle growth (in volume phase), so yes, the only stage of lifestyle that alcohol don’t harm you would be if you are maintaining your shape.

So, personally, would I go out and drink even I am loosing weight right now? For sure. One thing is to be on a diet but remember strict diets don’t work out , we need to be flexible and sometimes drinking (but not getting drunk please!) can be beneficial and very fun as well. Now, we all know that we have millions of different beverages in the market and depending on where your live you have more variety or less variety. So yeah, let me tell you which ones are good for loosing weight and which ones you should avoid, cause there are lots of myths about drinking alcohol (which I think I will make a post about this too, I would love to concern people and even more young people who don’t know what are they consuming at all)

So yeah, let’s make some brief points first : when we go out we can consume alcohol alone or alcohol mixed with other substances. By substances I mean soda, juices, sport drinks, even Red Bull , so yeah the variety is enormous and this can make you drive crazy . What I want to talk about is what’s good for our health in general and what’s best for loosing weight , which are different by the way.

Let’s be creative and make up crazy-drinking combinations (which some are not just made up by me, actually I have drank some of them aghhhh)

a. Red Vodka+Redbull

b. Sunny delight+ Orange juice+ peach liquor

c. Wine+Gas+Water

d. Jagger + cola

You see the negative part, right? You are not just drinking one thing, you are drinking alcohol mixed with other things than can make you a bigger toxic-effect inside your body. Yes, so you drink one two three four different kind of things and even you don’t get tipsy or mega drunk you are intoxicating your body, but the “funniest” part is we do believe we are just drinking alcohol like wine but we forget sometimes the wine goes with water, soda, gas etc.

Teen people especially are masters in making up “yummy alcohol drinks” in few minutes and in general , the society is not conscious about this is not just a drink, it is a mega bomb in 6-12 hours partying (and if you are a weed lover or other drugs, well, that’s another story ma’am).

So, therefor, all the calories count and is not just the Vodka or the Rum you are drinking, it’s the Vodka plus the sweety juice it is on the Vodka or the cola that you add on your Vodka as well (combinations are countless) . So in a glass you may be consuming up to 500kcal sometimes, you must be aware of it if you are trying to loose weight.

So, therefor, what can I drink when I go out? Of course you can drink and you can have fun drinking and dancing with your friends with not taking into account all the calories issue. You don’t need to be always counting the calories you consume but if you are someone you like to go out every single weekend you should readjust your preferences and try to pick just one kind of beverage for each weekend.

Examples : Tequila, Champagne, Rum with light cola and Whisky in shots can be a good alternatives. Any dryed-liquor is good for helping in loosing weight, preferably alone. Liquors that are made by fruit are high in sugar , so yes you could consume them but with moderation and always alone.Just make sure you don’t mix all these drinks in one night cause the intoxication can be huge, please! 😉

So, what I should not drink? Definitely cocktails are your enemy when you are trying to loose weight cause they contain lots of sugar and sugar can be saved as a fat (cause your body thinks this way, extra calories = fat storage). However you can allow yourself to have one a night or just a weekend drinking it , it will not happen anything if you consume it sometimes. But what you cannot do is drinking it everyday or every single weekend, cause in the end of the week you need to have a calories-restriction. Keep in mind your goals and act in order to see the changes you want!

In addition, my best option and what I usually do is making my own alcohol beverages at home before going out or I go to a pub where I know the boss or whatever so I can order whatever I need that is beneficial for my health. You can drink natural cocktails , like Vodka with natural stevia or xylitol or even with iced-fruit . It is delicious I promise and it keeps you balanced , more or less (cause Vodka is Vodka and the alcohol has lots of calories no matter what kind of beverage it is) plus usually you don’t get drunk and next day you don’t have the biggest hangover of your life , so you can do things next day too! (I have started appreciating Sunday mornings more than ever lol)

So, to sum up, yes you can drink but make it different and adjust it to your necessities for not wrecking your body. And remember, try to pick just one beverage for a night and better if you do one drink/shot plus a glass of water all the night. And for sure, before going to sleep the best thing is after a long and funny night is to drink water , so make it an habit especially in summer!

All women need to know how it works our cycle ♺

Hello my beautiful flowers!

How are you? Happy Monday ! I know last week I have not been very active, but lots of things have happened in my life these last days.

Today I am going to talk about women’s health, well better said our period’s health! lol , kind of gross maybe? Mmm it can be , but it is natural for ourselves to get the period every single month (in case it’s gone make sure you are not pregnant or your health is doing well!) :] I will keep it simple, therefor whoever who reads this can have a general approach to the topic.

So, what is the period? well it happens cause our bodies are prepared to be mommies some day. Biologically and anthropologically we are here for having children (hey, I am not affirming you must have children, but this is something I may explain on a post next time). 

A full cycle it’s counted since the first day of a period until the next month period first day, also known as, 21-35 days as an average data in adult women and 20-45 days in ladies who just became ”women”.  Every single month our ovaries drops a egg which may be or not may be fertilised : even your egg have been fertilised or your egg went partying inside out , congratulations, both news can be amazing depending on what you expect every month.

Jokes apart, when the egg is released your period starts and it can lasts between 2 days up to 7 days : depending on when came your menarche (a.k.a your first menstrual period) it can take months or even years to have a regular period , therefor, a normal relationship with you-your body-your ovaries-your cycle. Yep, all these yourselves are messing you up every single month . Normally a girl gets her menarche between 9-15 years old so of course it takes a lot of time to have a period which does not last more than a week . In general, in a year or two your cycles start to regulate and you keep having visits from Janey (this is my period name but I have heard beautiful names for it such as Lilly, LadyGaga, Carmen, Fridha, Daisy… you can let me know your period’s name on the comments if so) but there can be ”problems”, ”difficulties” to get a normal cycle such as having PCOS or endometriosis , which I would like to talk about these two things another day as well cause I find both things very interesting and it’s worth the debate.

Talking again about the period and its cycle, I think first it is essential to make clear there are phases to be taken into account (NBErs, read this carefully!) to understand way more better what’s up with you-your body-your ovaries-your period weirdo relationship.

  1. MENSTRUATION

What does it mean? What happens here? What I should do these days? It means literally a discharging blood and other things from puberty until menopause (yes, almost 40 years having her!) You will feel exhausted and probably not with a good humor, but hey it only lasts 4-5 days in general (unless it is irregular) and you can do everything you want to do and need to do these days! Of course you will feel floated and you may have other symptoms but remember you need to eat good quality calories cause your body is making a huge effort these days and drink plenty of water. On the other hand, you could take ibuprofen for feeling better but honestly my advice is to take natural supplements, do exercise and obviously listen to your body. These days are especial for every women and we should think about it .

2.PHOLICULAR PHASE

From day 1 to 13, it is when your uterine lining thickens. During these days you need to be active , doing exercise cause it’s said when the menstruation is gone the Estrogen is higher again so you will feel lots of energy! Plus it will help you with sleep, when your

3.OVULATION

The level of estrogen in the body continues to increase, causing a rapid increase in LH. This increase causes the secretion of proteolytic enzymes that will degrade the follicular tissue allowing the end of the process of maturation of the egg and its release, known as “ovulation”.

If you do exercise make sure you are doing it consciously, I mean body-mind connection. This is essential cause these days we are more “weak” for facing an injury

4.LUTHEAL PHASE

From days 15 to 28. After ovulation, the luteal phase begins where the corpus luteum develops and lasts until a possible pregnancy or menstruation occurs, and the next cycle begins. The egg, after release, travels through the fallopian tube to the womb. It can survive up to 24 hours and sperm up to 5 days inside the uterus, so the days before ovulation and the very day of ovulation are those of maximum fertility and higher probabilities of pregnancy. I think this last one was remarkable 😉

During these days your body’s temperature is higher so if you like to workout I’d suggest you to try HIIT exercises during these days, cause in theory is when you have more energy.

-What I should eat?

Well, you can eat whatever you want taking into account the days when menstruation occurs and 5-10 days before your body needs extra calories cause it works more than usually, so make sure you are eating a good amount of calories and drinking plenty of water.

Try to eat more protein combined with simple carbs, it will help you with sugar cravings and not feeling hungry lots of times.

-Should I take supplements?

Well it’s up to you, sometimes I take multivitamins during menstruation but if you are feeling great during and after the period comes, I think watching out what you eat and how much do you eat it’s enough.

♧ Easy steps to start eating clean!

Hello dear ! How are you doing?

May is almost gone, so I think what I am going to talk about today is a great information for the summer!

As for NBE or for getting rid of acne , I talked about how important is to eat healthily. However this sometimes it’s difficult to make it alone , so I guess giving you a few tips may help you achieving a good eat habits!

  1. DON’T BUY FAST FOOD : sorry but if you don’t buy it, you won’t miss it, so therefor you don’t have to eat it.
  2. Bye bye, soda, sweet things and ice-creams : pick one of them (sodas, candy or ice-creams) and allow yourself once a week to eat it.
  3. Hello Olive oil and Coconut oil : both are great for cooking. In my culture, obviously we use more olive oil than the coconut oil but it’s up to you! Ah, remember! 1-2teaspoons a day it’s the best
  4. Ginger tea, dandelion tea, turmeric tea, pineapple tea : you may need to detox for some days so these are great for it
  5. 3-4 fruits, 3-4 veggies everyday : it’s best if you combine both everyday , and try to mix different colors
  6. 3 important meals, 2 snacks : breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. This is how we do in Spain, we eat every two-three hours and this way we are not hungry never. This is important if you are trying to loose weight or gaining weight as well, you insulin levels need to be balanced during the day
  7. First meal between 6-9 Am, last meal 7-9 pm :This is the holy rule for a good digestion and not messing up your body.
  8. Track your macros:  You need to know % of fat, % of protein, % of carbs the first few weeks. Remember, making an habit takes 21 days.
  9. Portions: medium plate for breakfast, medium plate for morning snack, medium plate for lunch; small plate for afternoon snack, small plate for dinner.
  10. Allow yourself a day off : this will help you with motivation but it also boosts metabolism
  11. Sit down, chew correctly, don’t rush : you are eating, not working out. You need to chew all the food in the mouth in order to have a good digestion . Try to eat with someone at least when you are eating a big meal, and avoid television.
  12. Don’t workout  after big meals : I mean if you like to work out in the morning of after lunch, wait 1h in the morning and 2h after lunch.
  13. Drink water, 2L-3L according to your height and weight : This is essential.
  14. Get enough sleep : yeah we all love going out and partying, but don’t make it as a rule and try to do different things during the weekends. Not having a relaxing and a good sleep time stress out your body and makes you eat things you don’t have to.
  15. Try to eat 85% clean : by clean I mean natural, local and best, organic
  16. Cut down dairy products and meat : you don’t have to be vegetarian or vegan, actually I am not, but it your body’s pH gets acid you are opened to more illnesses and bad bugs!
  17. Alternate “sweet things” with yummy natural things : for instance, in summer I do like to eat ice-cream more than three times a week but it’s dairy and second it has lots of sugar, so instead of eating three days what I do is I allow myself to get one ice-cream a week and the rest I eat vegan-ice-creams . Therefor, you control sugar intake as well.
  18. Don’t compare yourself to others: you are yourself and you don’t need extra pressure for making it possible. Remember a new habit takes 21 days and a lifestyle is made in 90 days. Step by step, day by day, you will make it!
  19. Patience, consistency and again, patience
  20. Be proud of yourself  : if you get through this you will notice a big change in your digestion, life quality and emotional well-being!

❁ The parabens’ chaos

Happy Wednesday to you all! I hope the week is going well and you are being productive♡

Today I decided to talk about another beauty-industry /cosmetic/skincare issue. Parabens.

I think we all can have an idea about Parabens but in case you missed the definition, they are preservatives used in the cosmetic world basically. Through the last decade, its use and real effects have been doubt having the next consequence of not being sure if it is safe or not using beauty products that contains them .

Okay. I am not a scientific person but fortunately (or unfortunately) most of my family members are working in this field in real life and this is why I know everything about Parabens.

First I think it is necessary to talk about why and when became unpopular this ingredient when it is been used for long time not just in the beauty industry. Well, in 2004 there was a document which caused a huge effect in the media, claiming it was risky to use this kind of ingredient in skincare and beauty products because it can cause cancer, most usually breast-cancer. Yep.  So all the world went crazy and started looking at their usual products if they contained types of Parabens (i.e, Methylparaben, Propylparaben,Benzylparaben, Isobutylparaben, etc) and this whole craziness opened a new era in the cosmetic area (what I have understood these last ten years is there is a new politics rules according to some people I know who worked for almost 30 years in beauty industry).

Okay,  getting back to the scientific discovery what they found is Parabens do imitate the estrogen hormones so that causes an imbalance in our body that can end up provoking breast-cancer. However, the scientific statement was not enough to make sure it was related 100% to breast cancer boom the last years and during the decade of 2000’s different kind of synthetic preservatives have been tested and gone through a rough testing-procedure. This is why I said it opened a new era in the beauty area, cause they were not 100% sure if it is harmful and they still don’t know if it has a big base defending it is absolutely harmful for health .

Moreover, I remember some time ago I was talking to someone who works in a laboratory owned by a big french cosmetic brand and he confessed me they think they are safe enough to use in normal doses and these last six years there has been a revolution using the synthetic ingredients. I asked him if those products who claim to be free of parabens are safe and what they contain cause honestly I didn’t know what they have instead of these kind of synthetic preservatives so what he answered me was ” the truth is the brands that do not use parabens use other kind of synthetic ingredients which are not controlled as often as parabens and do not have a rigurous procedure to pass with flying colors”. 

He also has send me some articles and some stats for making up this brief explanation about parabens.  Guess what?  Last year, in 2016, parabens were only used in 14% , the rest of the percentage reveals other kind of synthetic ingredients that are unknown for most of the cosmetic industry.

Yep. Kind of crazy to think we get paranoid about getting parabens free products, get these kind of products but ignore what they have inside of it. But this is how it works and unfortunately at least most of the countries think they are safe to use topically. We are not talking just about your moisturiser , it is your serum, your make-up, your eye shadows, your shampoos, your conditioners, your dye-hair… lots of things contain things that are unknown for us and claim to be safe for our general health. But who knows what they are and if they are okay to use in our daily lives.

Personally I do not use parabens’ products and I try to buy everything organic and local, if it is possible. However , I know it is impossible to be sure about every single ingredient our cosmetic products have even though they are in 80% natural. But at least I try to combine different kind of brands , synthetic and natural ones for not collapsing my body and keeping a good balance of my hormones, which I think in women is more important than in men (detox-days are good for this, for example).

The health path : veggie&animal protein

Hi everyone!

First of all, Happy mother’s day to all the mommas out there ♡ I could not imagine my life without wonderful ladies that are mothers already or mommy to be. I hope you enjoyed your day with your beloved ones and had a Sunday funday!

Today I have decided to talk about proteins . Proteins are not just for bodybuilding or NBE’s ingredient, it is also for our bodies. Our body needs protein, basically cause it helps  to our cells to work properly and for tissue growth as well. On the other hand, protein has lots of amino acids and are in charge of taking care of our nervous system, muscle health, blood sugar, healing injuries… so, as you see they are important , we must eat protein depending on our age and weight as well.

But, they are different types of proteins , divided in animal protein and vegetal protein. Long time ago health professionals used to think animal protein was better than vegetal due to animal one had more nutrients. Nowadays this statement is completely forgotten and in fact,  they recommend to eat both kind of proteins. So, are they the same? Do they have same nutrients? Do they have same care? Let’s see

Animal proteins have a little bit more amino acids than vegetal ones, so in theory it has more nutritional benefits, it is absorbed well (90% of absorption in animal protein , 70% in veggie protein), it’s good in digestion (95% is digestible comparing with vegetal protein, only 85%); Talking about amino’s , it is true though in animal food you will find more amino acids than in vegetal protein, cause in vegetal protein they are just limiting amino acids.

Also, what properties they do have apart of protein? Animal ones have high amount of protein, fat, cholesterol, vitamin B’s and b12 in especial,  zinc in general. Veggie proteins have carbs, fat , vitamin b9, calcium, so far. So as you can see the properties in general are quite different and of course, b12 is the most important vitamin in v-B’s group. That’s why vegetarians and vegans need to supplement this vitamin, it is essential for the nervous system and dysfunctional behaviours .

Therefor, we should eat only animal protein according to its properties? Well, yes…and no. Let me tell you why.

  • Purine : it is a component that is found in animal food , in high doses very easily. It can cause liver and kidney’s illnesses if it is taken in high doses.
  • Saturated fat and Cholesterol :  we all know what does it mean, right? lots of saturated fat mixed with cholesterol, heart-diseases. No doubt.
  • Ammonia : it is a natural way to metabolise the protein, so our body takes care of it and eliminates it through orine.
  • Hormones and Antibiotics: this is, in my opinion, the worst thing eating animal food. In Europe fortunately we have a strict rules and good food law, but this can vary depending on where you live. For example, the United States of America has more flexibility in this issue, and it is not just about us animals also suffer its consequences , furthermore , the environment suffers these kind of synthetic creations .

Therefor, eating animal protein can be beneficial in case you combine it with veggie protein. But, what veggies are high in protein? There you have my list:

  • Quinoa
  • Oats
  • Sunflowers
  • Nuts
  • Almonds
  • Broccoli
  • Tofu
  • Chlorella
  • Flaxseed
  • Brown Rice
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spirulina
  • Peas
  • Soy
  • Lentils
  • Peanuts

 (…) and So on, but these are the ones that I eat during the week combining with animal protein.  As you see, there are lots of vegetal sources that contain protein, so why don’t you give a try and add it on your daily diet?

Tips and tricks for NB

Hello everyone! Finally it’s weekend ! What are your plans for this last days of April?

Today I give you the best tips for NB . I think this three posts will give you an idea about how to do Noogling properly. However, I am thinking in writing more posts about it but I need time to schedule all these things,so , please be patient with me!

Therefor I will talk about other topics too on this blog and of course you can give me some ideas as well!

Anyway, these are my tips & tricks ! =)

  • Nipple growth x

It can happen and areola’s growth too. The simply reason for this is cause your skins gets wider and therefor all the things around your breasts too. However , you can avoid or at least prevent the nipple/areola growth with some basic ideas and tips: first of all, what has worked for me a lot is not doing 3-4 hrs everyday . Yes, the results will come later but the nipple growth will be slower . And , if you feel “paranoid” of getting them bigger this is what you will need :

a.Bandaids

b.Nipple covers

c.Waterproof bandaids

Honestly, waterproof bandaids are my favorite’s . Why? well if you do noogling sessions just 3-4 a week like I have been doing these last three months (now I do everyday) you only need 4 bandaids for 3-4 days , it lasts about 5-6 days. Yes, that’s the main problem they are very sticky and when you try to take them off you need to be careful. All you need to do is to take them off in the shower with lots of shower gel and take it off slow.

Nipple covers are the same more or less but you need to find a good ones that can last for more than a month, cause they can be expensive. I am looking for them these days and as soon as I find good ones I will let you know of course!

Bandaids are the last option in my opinion, it works of course, but you need to use more than four pieces on each breast… so it takes money and time!

  • Massage guide

There are thousands of succesful stories about breast enlargement and massage routine, but for noogling massage is an essential element not just before noogling also during noogling. I would avoid after noogling massage or at least until the swelling is gone. After the swelling is gone you can massage for 10-15 minutes .

Massaging as much as noogling can make you feel tired, especially the hands and arms area. The most famous massage techniques , deer and chi massages are effective but it takes too much time, in my case about 20 minutes. So, last fall I was pretty done with massaging 20 minutes everyday of my life before noogling and I had an idea : make my own techinque. So I contacted a person who is especialized in massages and acupunture , and he has taught me good movements for breasts massage. Currently I am doing it everyday but of course massage takes time too and I am waiting for summer to make a video and explain it to you all. Can you wait another 10 weeks please?

  • water intake

I have talked about this so many times, but make sure you are drinking lots of water. W-A-T-E-R , no soda, no alcohol, no any kind of beverage. Just water. You need between 500ml-1L of water intake depending on how much you noogle. If you do 30-50 minutes everyday 500ml is fine, but between 1-3 hours is up to 1L . Please, rememeber this is essential. It does wonderful things on your body.

  • Methods

We all known two methods so far : 7:2 method (which can be 10:5 as well) and hold and release method. Another thing to take into account is splitting the sessions.

7:2 method consists in doing 7 minutes with the domes on and 2 minutes massaging both breasts. For example if you do 45 minutes session you need to do this at least four times. It’s kind of boring , I know, but it helps and works for most of the people. Take your time, watch some program or show you like, watch short videos on youtube, … you can do lots of things for making this easier!

Hold and release method is simply like the name, you hold and release. You can do it every 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. But remember you must massage your breasts during noogle and drink water too, so at the second of third release you need to do both. Take your time and try to have fun!

Splitting the sessions : it means you do it twice or three times a day. If you have planned to do 30 minutes everyday you can do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening, as an example. Honestly I haven’t do this due to my busy schedule and routine but I am planning to do it this summer. I will write a post about this method after summer I guess!

  • 12 week program

You may think why twelve weeks? well, let me tell you a short story of my life : I dated a not very nice guy some years ago, he was a gym-obsessed. Yay, it was horrible. By that time I was very fit but he introduced me to gym and supplements world. All we were talking about was gym , sports, exercises and food things. At first it was interesting until I found out he was a real psycho about that . But you know the best thing was I learnt a lot about health in general and I have used the information he gave me for my own benefit.

According to some studies, when you need to change your body (muscle growth, weight loss, etc) you need to do at least 6 weeks the same routine (i.e eating same foods every monday, doing the same exercises from monday to friday) up to 13 weeks . Week 13 you should start changing your habits and making up new plans for your goals until week 20th.And then every 5 weeks you make the changes you need. I took this for my pumping plan and it has worked for me , but I had to add breaks between some weeks . That’s why I say it takes patience and time. It is not something that is going to happen in one day.

However, everybody is different and my program can work for some people only. Also, I have been thinking people who have a small size may need more weeks to achieve a cup size than people who have 32D-34B-34C-34D-36B and so on. Maybe I should write a PDF about it and link it here for free info?

  • avoid stretchmarks+ scars

This is something that is been asked too many times. The best way to prevent or avoid stretchmarks is using a good oil such as avocado or coconut oil everytime you noogle and massage , a good cream for the days you don’t want to noogle .

For scars (I have two little scars under my boobs cause I have overpumped many times!! I’m so dumb) I use rosehip oil with hyaluronic acid and it’s giving me good results. It takes time of course and I have to apply it everytime I noogle and everyday twice times.

Well, that’s it , these are my main tips and tricks for NB! I hope this may be helpful for other people and maybe some day we can do a big list about tips in order to help newbies!
